How does the weekly cart work?
There is no fixed list that repeats. Each week your delivery starts empty and you add whatever you need from the range, in any quantity. Nothing is ordered until you put it there, and nothing carries over from last week.
When does the cart close?
Thursday at 9pm, for the Saturday that follows. After that the week is locked and we pack it. Anything you add later goes to the following week instead. If your cart is empty at the cutoff, nothing comes that week — no delivery, no charge.
Where do you deliver?
Delhi, Noida and Gurugram, on Saturday and Sunday mornings between 6 and 11. We drive the route ourselves, so the area stops where we can still be back by lunch. Send us your pin code and we will tell you honestly whether we reach you.
How does billing work?
Monthly and after the fact. Nothing is charged when you add to the cart or when the van arrives — a bill accrues from what was actually delivered, and is collected once at the end of the month. A week you skipped, or an item that turned out to be short, is not on it.
What is the joining fee for?
The one-time ₹500 covers the steel and glass containers your order arrives in. They stay with you and get refilled each week, so there is no packaging to throw away. There is no monthly plan fee on top.
Can I pause or stop?
At any time, with no notice period and no exit call. Skip a week by leaving the cart empty. Stop altogether whenever you like — nothing is locked in and there is no minimum.
