Whole cane jaggery from our family mill in Muzaffarnagar, available as a solid block or ground into powder — no chemical clarifiers, no bleaching.
How it's made
Cane is pressed at our family mill in Muzaffarnagar and the juice is boiled down in open pans until it thickens, then poured into moulds to set as a block or ground into powder while still warm. No chemical clarifiers or bleaching agents go in, which is why the colour varies slightly batch to batch.
