Split and skinned green gram from partner farms, cleaned and packed unpolished — nothing added to colour it or make it shine.
Green gram is split and skinned at the source, then hand-cleaned to remove husk and broken grains before packing. It's left unpolished, so it looks a little duller than what you'd see on a supermarket shelf — that's the grain, not a flaw.
