How it's made
Cane is pressed at our family mill in Muzaffarnagar and the juice is boiled down in open pans until it thickens, then ground to a fine powder while still warm and sieved for consistency. No chemical clarifiers or bleaching agents go in, which is why the colour varies slightly batch to batch.
